Your shop, built into AXIOS
Configure once
Teach AXIOS your shop
Your machines and hourly rates, labor, materials pricing, tooling, and outside services — set up one time in Shop Setup, shared with your whole team.
Every quote
Priced like your shop
AXIOS routes each job to your machines at your rates and writes your real numbers into the quote sheet — not industry averages, yours.
Per job
Adjust without breaking anything
Special rate for one job? A vendor quote for anodizing? Override it on that quote only — your shop defaults never move, and past quotes never change.
That’s the difference between AI that reads documents and software that knows your shop.
Your quote sheet. Powered by AXIOS.
No rip-and-replace. AXIOS fills the Excel workbook your shop already trusts — every formula, format, and calculation preserved — or hands you the built-in AXIOS Quote Sheet with machine comparison and your rates wired in.
Your process stays yours. It just gets faster.

…plus assemblies and sub-parts, title-block data, and drawing notes — then AXIOS plans the operations (saw, laser, brake, weld, machine), estimates the times, and prices materials and outside processes using your shop’s own rates, routed into the right cells of your quote sheet.
The first quote back usually wins. Make sure it’s yours.
AXIOS gets your quote out while the competition is still reading the prints.
Straight talk on your data: your drawings are read securely via Anthropic’s Claude API and are not stored by AXIOS — finished quote files live only in your shop’s own account, and your data is never used to train AI models.

Fastest & most reliable: use the built-in AXIOS Quote Sheet. Or upload your shop's own workbook (.xlsx) — formatting and formulas are preserved; only empty input cells get values.
…or drop your own .xlsx quote sheet here / click to browse
3 Upload CAD drawings
PDF drawings or photos/scans of drawings (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF). You can add several — e.g. one per part.

4 Project adjustments (optional)
This quote uses your Shop Setup values automatically. Add an adjustment to change something for this job only — a machine rate, a material price from a supplier quote, an outside-service vendor quote, or the markup. Your shop defaults never change.
5 Analyze & fill
AXIOS reads the drawings (dimensions, material, thickness, quantities, tolerances, finishes, hole/bend counts…) and fills your quote sheet as a draft for your review — you stay the final word on pricing. The file downloads automatically and every run is saved to your History.

Configure your shop once — machines, rates, materials, tooling, and quote settings. AXIOS applies them automatically to every quote.

Work through the checklist in any order — everything here can be changed later.
Machines
Every machine in your shop, with its hourly rate. AXIOS routes work to these machines and prices labor at their rates on every quote.
Import from a file
Drop your rate sheet or equipment list — Excel (.xlsx), PDF, or a photo — and AXIOS reads the machines into your list.

Labor rates
The hourly rates behind every process, admin, and planning calculation in your quote sheet. These start at the AXIOS template defaults — make them yours.
Tooling
Tools worth their own cost line — fixtures, dies, form tools. You don't need your whole tool crib; cost is optional. Everyday consumables belong in the Quote Settings tooling allowance.
Materials
Your going prices for common materials. When a drawing calls for one of these, AXIOS quotes your price instead of estimating — and you can still override it per project.
Outside services
Processes you send out — anodize, powder coat, heat treat, plating. Each service prices its own way; per-project vendor quotes can override any of them.
Pricing method
How does your shop price jobs? Markup adds a percentage on top of cost (cost $100 + 25% markup = $125). Margin sets profit as a share of the selling price (cost $100 at 20% margin = $125 sell). The math is different — pick the one your shop uses.
Your quote sheet calculates with markups; AXIOS shows this margin target on every quote so your estimator prices to hit it.

Special rules (plain English)
Anything the tables above can't say — quoting policy, minimums for specific work, things you never quote. AXIOS treats these as your shop's rulebook on every quote.
