Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AXIOS Data ("AXIOS," "we," "us") collects when you use axiosdata.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is built for businesses; we collect only what we need to run it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, company name, and password (stored in hashed form; we cannot read it).
- Shop configuration — the machines, labor rates, tooling, materials, services, and pricing rules you enter to configure your workspace.
- Uploaded content — the drawings, documents, and spreadsheets you upload for analysis, and the draft quotes the Service produces from them.
- Usage information — actions taken in your workspace (for example, quotes created and settings changed) and processing volume, used for the product's own history features and billing.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card and bank numbers are entered on Stripe's pages and never touch our servers.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service: reading your uploads and preparing draft quotes in your quote sheet.
- To operate your team workspace, including invitations and access control.
- To bill your subscription and maintain your account status.
- To support you and to keep the Service secure and reliable.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your drawings or quote data to train AI models or to build products for other customers.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the Service. Each receives only what is needed for its role:

4. Cookies and tracking
The Service uses only the browser storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember your workspace preferences. We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
5. Data retention
Your data is retained while your account is active so your team can access its quote history. If you close your account, you may request export or deletion of your data by emailing us; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or billing records.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to each workspace is restricted to its own members through row-level security, and administrative access is limited. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we design the Service so each shop's data is isolated from every other shop's.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@axiosdata.com. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA through the same address.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
