Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AXIOS Data platform and website at axiosdata.com (the "Service"), operated by AXIOS Data ("AXIOS," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. What the Service does
AXIOS reads manufacturing drawings and related documents that you upload and produces draft quote information in your shop's quote sheet, using your shop's own machines, rates, and pricing rules. The Service prepares drafts for your review — it does not send quotes to your customers and it does not make pricing decisions for you.
2. Drafts require your review
Output generated by the Service is produced with artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or misreadings of a drawing. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every draft — including quantities, materials, operations, rates, and totals — before using it in any business decision or sending any quote to a customer. AXIOS is not responsible for the commercial outcome of any quote you issue.
3. Accounts and teams
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Account owners may invite team members into their workspace; the owner is responsible for their team's use of the Service.
- You must be authorized to act for the business on whose behalf you use the Service.
4. Subscription and billing
- The Service is offered as a monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Current pricing is presented at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
- If a payment fails or a subscription is canceled, access to the Service may be suspended until billing is restored.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You own the drawings, spreadsheets, shop settings, and quote data you put into the Service. You grant AXIOS the limited rights needed to store and process that content in order to provide the Service to you — including processing uploads with our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use your drawings to build products for anyone else.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside your business.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Service, probe its security, or access another customer's data.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or improve features over time.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied; AXIOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business; and AXIOS's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination you may request a copy of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
